Miner Crews Helping Houston Customers Prepare For Hurricane Ike

The Miner Corporation has dispatched a crew of workers to the Houston area to help customers including Toys R Us, Office Depot and Office Max to secure their stores in anticipation of Hurricane Ike.

A crew of 10 Miner specialists, including members of Miner Fleet Management Group based in San Antonio, will be working in Houston through this afternoon (Friday), boarding up windows and providing other support services as the impact of the Category 2 storm (as of 3 p.m. Friday CST) was being felt along the Texas Gulf Coast.
