Miner Corporation Acquires Cornell Metro
Miner Southwest of Phoenix and its parent The Miner Corporation closed on a deal to acquire and merge operations with Cornell Metro of Mesa, Arizona on Monday, November 30, 2009. Cornell Metro is the tenth regional service company to join The Miner Corporation in serving those companies who operate commercial doors and truck loading dock equipment.
Cornell Metro is the State of Arizona’s premium and full service distributor of commercial and automatic entry doors. The company offers ’round-the-clock repair service, planned maintenance, and installation services for the Greater Phoenix, Tucson and surrounding areas.
