My job is to make sure everything runs smoothly. I verify that orders are processed, customers are taken care of, and our employees have the tools they need to do their work. But what I really love about what I do is helping people. Whether it’s solving a problem, brightening someone’s day, or just making work a little more fun, I get to make a difference in how others experience their days. That keeps me motivated.
My time with MINER® has taken me from Houston to Atlanta, and I’ve loved it. I like being on the move. Traveling and working with different teams across the country give me the chance to build relationships from coast to coast. It’s exciting to walk into a branch for the first time and already feel connected because we’ve worked together virtually. And I love creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and supported. When people enjoy what they do, good results show.
MINER has given me the chance to grow in ways I didn’t expect. I started out not really knowing much about docks or doors, but I learned quickly. MINER’s focus on training and development really works.
The company also believes in promoting from within and helping people find the right fit as they grow. I’ve moved up to four different positions in my 4½ years here. I don’t know exactly where my career will take me next, but I do know I’ll be growing with MINER. The opportunities are endless, and that’s what makes it such a rewarding place to be.
